Shipping & Delivery
We have a standard global shipping fee of $4.95 USD.
Holiday Season Notice: Delivery services may experience delays during the holiday period. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders early. Please note that carriers are unable to guarantee delivery by Christmas. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping policy.
Order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment because the palette undergoes a careful paint-drying process.
United States: Orders typically take 10-12 business days to arrive via USPS, FedEx, OnTrac, or UPS.
Canada: Orders typically take 10-12 business days to arrive via Canada Post. Please note that the ongoing Canada Post strike may cause additional delays.
Australia and New Zealand: Orders typically take 10-12 business days to arrive via Australia Post or Aramex.

NOTE: Shipping times typically depend on the customs in each country. Some countries will clear packages faster than others, so please take that into account as well.
Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:
- IR Disputes/Strikes
- Weather Conditions
- Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
- Large and/or Bulky Items
- Error on the Shipping Providers side
Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well-informed to the best of our ability.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order on this page - Track My Order
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
